The combination of various artistic techniques - the Byzantine mosaic, levkas, ceramics, "amber painting", free-blown glass, in the reproduced images of "heavenly harbingers" - the angels of "Amber region" were demonstrated for the first time in Rivne.

They are "Oranta", "Tree of Sofia", "Angel that rolls up the sky in a scroll" based on the frescoes of the 11th century. St. Sophia of Kyiv, "Archangel Michael", "Archangel Gabriel", "Holy Family", "Angel of Polissya", " Spring Angels ", etc.

The exhibition was opened by Archbishop Hilarion of Rivne and Ostroh, by the founder of the "Ukrainian Amber World" Association Halyna Vasylivna Simkha, Mayor of Rivne Volodymyr E. Khomko and Deputy Head of Rivne Regional State Administration Svitlana Kyrylivna Bohatyrchuk-Kryvko.

The exhibition will last until March 9, 2017.
